Account Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Selling P&C(Commercial, Workers Comp, EPLI, Auto, Home) Health insurance, Life & Annuity
– Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers
– Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
– Insurance industry sales experience, including underwriting or marketing in the Property/Casualty & Health/Benefit areas preferred
– Applicants who are starting a new insurance business are also welcome
– Must have P&C, H&L licenses as required by the CA State Department of Insurance

Insurance Agent (Producer)
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers.
– Selling P&C(Commercial, Workers Comp, EPLI, Auto, Home) Health insurance, Life & Annuity.
– Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service.
– Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims submissions, and billing verification.
– Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency.
– Meet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes.
– Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives.
– Expected to reach monthly/annual production goals.
– Follows proper processes and procedures for professional and quality output in the best interests of the customer and client.
QUALIFICATIONS
– All applicable state licenses for property and casualty and/or health and life insurances are required
– Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
– Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Experienced with brokerage agency or insurance related fields
– Legally eligible to work in U.S
LOCATION

Health & Benefits – Underwriter
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage a book of volume for new and renewal
– Prepares, analyzes and negotiates Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
– Administer renewals including preparing appropriate contractual changes
– Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all enrollments, terminations and changes
– Responds to benefits, claims and billing inquiries from clients
QUALIFICATIONS
– Applicants who are starting a new insurance business are welcome
– Health & Benefit CSR/Underwriter or marketing experience is preferred
– Experience in mid-market size account handling is preferred
– Applicants with active Life, Health & Accident Licenses are preferred
– Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
– Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time
– Bilingual preferred (Eng/Kor)

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage a book of volume for new and renewal

– Communicate regularly with Client and/or Producers to update, advise and inform
– Real-time problem solving and client guidance
– Generates materials for Client presentations and meetings

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assist team members and staffs as an HR assistant
– Assist team members and staffs as an Administrative assistant
– Design various types of internal artwork
– Assist to manage social media channel and plan digital marketing strategies
– IT related working support
– Document processing with insurance companies.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Proficient oral and written communication in English is preferred
– Design tool skills & experience (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is preferred
– Video editing skills & experience (Premier Pro) is required a huge plus
– Knowledge/Experience in digital marketing and content management is a huge plus
– Highly skilled with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskings
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with achievement motivated
