RESPONSIBILITIES
- Selling P&C(Commercial, Workers Comp, EPLI, Auto, Home) Health insurance, Life & Annuity
- Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers
- Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives
- Expected to reach monthly/annual production goals
- Promote growth and opportunity within the team, working with each team member on achievement of individual aspirational goals
- Maintain the retention and help to increase the percentage up to 95% or more
- Report operational results to senior leaders, offer insights on results, and provide recommendations on improvement
- Document and follow-through on all coaching and counselling discussions with team members
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years insurance industry sales experience, including underwriting or marketing in the Property/Casualty & Health/Benefit areas preferred
- Must have P&C, H&L licenses as required by the CA State Department of Insurance
- Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, sensitive to client needs, self-motivated, creative and innovative
- Strong ability to problem solve, make independent decisions with minimal oversight, set and meet deadlines, communicate, negotiate, work under pressure, organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks and operate in a fast paced environment
- Bilingual preferred (Eng/Kor)
